Matan B’Sayser’s primary source of income is individual donations from members of the Cleveland Jewish community, especially from our biannual mailings. We also receive some support from private foundations.

Additionally, Matan B’Sayser has initiated several auxiliary programs as funding sources. See our Projects of Matan B’sayser page for more information.

Community members have also initiated their own fundraising efforts for Matan B’sayser. Various youth groups and ladies auxiliaries have organized drives to distribute food, toys and school supplies. Community schoolchildren collect funds during the Purim holiday. Several classrooms and day camps have organized marathons and carnivals for the organization.

We are immensely thankful for the support of the Cleveland Jewish community. Every dollar you donate goes directly to help needy members of our community, and is a fulfillment of the mitzvah to “Open your hand to your brother, to your poor, and to your needy” (Deuteronomy 15:11). In the merit of the help you provide to those in financial need, may you be granted tremendous blessings and help from Above.
